BLUE CHEESE

  Ranging from crumbly to moist, spicy to mild, blue cheese adds body to many dishes.

Serve
In green salads, in sauces, dips, and dressings, top off grilled meats and cooked vegetables.

Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Barbaresco, and Sauterne.
