Our Meat Department staff will gladly slice your cooked briskets for you.
Just bring your brisket back to our Meat Department once it's cooked and cooled* and we will break them down into perfect dinner slices. Of course, this service is ALWAYS free with the purchase of our briskets. Complimentary roast and brisket slicing is available at any time of the year - not just for holidays!
*Be sure to cool your briskets off in the refrigerator first before bringing them in to be sliced. Warm or even room-temperature briskets will fall apart when sliced.
